How often are prices updated?
Our scrapers run every morning between 3–5am GMT, so prices are typically no more than 24 hours old. We always show the timestamp of the last check on each product page.
A price looks wrong — what do I do?
Drop us an email with the product name and the price you saw. We investigate every report and fix inaccuracies within 24 hours.
Can I suggest a product to track?
Yes! Send us the product name and a link to one retailer. If it fits our catalogue, we'll add it to the next scraper run.
